Construction has moved through design and permits, build, and the model-suite stage — the showroom is now open for in-person tours, and first residents are expected for the November 2026 opening. The project received CMHC funding approval as part of its design and permits stage. Every step of the build is now complete:

What exactly does the rent include?
Every rent is all-inclusive: heat, hydro and water are included, and so are snow removal and lawn care. Your suite's appliances — fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, hood fan, washer and dryer — are included too. Parking and storage are available at extra cost; ask the leasing team for current pricing.
How much is rent?
Available suites run from $2,495 to $2,995 per month, all-inclusive. The 1 bedroom + den suites are listed from $2,495/month and the 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom suites at $2,995/month. Studios are fully leased. For the rent on a specific suite, contact the leasing team — prices and availability can change.
When can I move in?
Château 632 opens in November 2026. Suites are being reserved now — 45% are already reserved — and the showroom is open for tours.
Is it really 55+?
Yes — Château 632 is a hotel-inspired adult lifestyle community tailored for residents aged 55+. The leasing team can confirm how the age guideline applies to your household.
Are barrier-free suites available?
Yes — some suites are barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible, and the building has an elevator. Ask the leasing team which accessible suites remain.
